At the introductory meeting, our estate agent will look at the property and discuss your wishes and questions. We will outline the sales process for you and estimate the possible sale price and timeframe. After approval, we will provide a personal sales plan with a professional presentation of the house and an extensive brochure.

Moreover, we will maintain personal contact with you throughout the process. We will oversee viewings and negotiations for you and report back to you. Naturally, we will guide you through the notarial administration and transfer and ensure that both parties are informed in detail about the following steps in the process.

What to expect from us?

The introduction

During an introductory meeting, we clarify the process from a to z and discuss your wishes. Our real estate agent will inspect the property and answer any questions you may have. We will map out the sales process for you and estimate the possible sale price and timeframe.

Presentation and publication

After approval, we will provide a customised sales plan with a professional presentation of the listing and an extensive brochure. We use our marketing resources effectively and ensure a compelling publication on various (social) media.

Viewings

Viewings are always individual and carried out with care. In consultation with you as our client, we look at the possibilities for viewings in the evening hours or Saturdays. Of course, you will receive a full report after every visit.

Negotiations and contracts

We conduct the negotiations for you with your house's potential buyer in a tactical and well-considered manner. We will inform you in detail about every step. When a price agreement has been reached, we review the contract and ensure both parties sign it.

The transfer at the notary

Of course, we will guide you through the notarial administration and transfer of ownership and ensure that both parties are informed in detail about the follow-up process. After the transfer of ownership at the notary, we remain available to you at all times for further questions and other matters surrounding the sale of your property.
