At the invitation of the Oude Kerk, artists create new work that can only be seen here once. The program links past and present through the interplay between ancient heritage and contemporary art. With new work, artists and musicians offer new perspectives on history, the world around us and the future.

The Oude Kerk is a place for contemporary art and is the oldest building in Amsterdam, in the middle of the historic city center.

The house is easily accessible by public transport and all daily amenities are within easy reach.

Approx. 50 m2 + a cellar.

Description:
The house is located on the ground floor and first floor.
The house also has a cellar and an attic.

On the ground floor are the living room and dining room with kitchenette.
Through the hall there is access to both the basement and the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and toilet.
The attic can be reached from one of the bedrooms.

Rental conditions:
Rental prices are exclusive of service costs and gas, water and electricity.
Rental period maximum 2 years.

Income requirement:
At least 2.5x net rent.

Deposit:
The size of a payment obligation of 2 months.
